Shipping Methods
Where can we deliver the package to?
We can ship to most countries in the world. For Canada, we can transport to one province, but we can’t transport to three regions, namely, the Northwest Region, Yukon Region and Nunavut Region.
What is the shipping cost?
At present, all our products are free of charge. The customers do not need to pay postage.
What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?
Common carriers in Canada: UPS, Fedex, DHL, Canpar Ground, Purolator Ground, Nationex Standard, Canada Post.
Order processing time：
Goods in Canada: 1-3 business days
Goods in China.
Parts: 3-5 business days
For e-bikes: Approximately 3-10 business days. For custom bikes, about 8-15 business days.
Transportation time：
Goods in Canada: About 10 days.
Goods in China:
Accessories & batteries: approximately 1-3 weeks.
Electric bikes: about 1.5-3 months (bikes are shipped by sea and will be affected by weather, shipping congestion, customs inspection, etc.). If you want it to arrive quickly by air, please contact customer service for information.
